Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using eSim Trip (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

Service Description

eSim Trip is an eSIM marketplace that allows you to purchase eSIM data plans using credit/debit cards via Stripe. We partner with multiple eSIM providers to offer you connectivity in various countries.

We do not guarantee network coverage, speeds, or compatibility, as these depend on the carrier, your device, and local network conditions. You are responsible for checking device compatibility and local internet regulations before purchasing.

User Accounts

You may purchase eSIMs without an account, but creating an account allows you to view order history and receive better support.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your provided payment method.
• All sales are final once the eSIM is delivered. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, the order will not be processed. We are not responsible for payment failures due to insufficient funds, bank declines, or Stripe issues.

eSIM Delivery & Activation

eSIM plans are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of successful payment.

• You are responsible for activating the eSIM on a compatible, unlocked device.
• We provide setup instructions, but we are not responsible for activation issues due to device incompatibility or user error.
• eSIM plans are valid for the duration specified in the plan details. Unused data does not roll over.
• Some eSIMs have activation windows – you must activate within the specified timeframe or the plan may expire.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service's operation.
• You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our site.
• You may not resell eSIM plans without our written permission.
• Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of eSim Trip or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for network coverage, data speeds, or service quality provided by eSIM carriers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSim Trip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSim Trip, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Iran, or in courts of competent jurisdiction if arbitration is not applicable.

You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
