1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eSim Trip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

2 What We Provide

eSim Trip is an eSIM marketplace: we partner with multiple eSIM providers so you can buy prepaid data plans for destinations around the world, paying by credit or debit card via Stripe.

Network coverage, speeds, and device compatibility depend on the local carrier, your device, and network conditions — we can't guarantee them. Before purchasing, please verify that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked, and check any local regulations that apply to internet use at your destination.

3 Your Account

You can buy eSIMs as a guest, but an account lets you view order history and get faster support. If you create one:

• Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4 Purchases & Payments

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.
• If a payment fails, the order isn't processed. We aren't responsible for failures caused by insufficient funds, bank declines, or payment-processor issues.

5 eSIM Delivery & Activation

Your eSIM is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of successful payment.

• You're responsible for activating the eSIM on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device.
• We provide setup instructions, but we're not responsible for activation issues caused by device incompatibility or setup errors.
• Plans are valid for the period stated in the plan details. Unused data doesn't roll over.
• Some eSIMs have an activation window — activate within the stated timeframe or the plan may expire.

6 Refunds

Because eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the eSIM is delivered — except in the specific cases covered by our Refund Policy, such as activation failures caused by us, missing coverage, or duplicate charges.

7 Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you may not:

• Use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to extract data from the site.
• Resell eSIM plans without our written permission.

Violations may result in account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — belongs to eSim Trip or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we aren't responsible for the network coverage, data speeds, or service quality delivered by eSIM carriers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSim Trip and its affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSim Trip, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the Service.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, at our discretion and without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support@esimtrip.com.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Iran, or in courts of competent jurisdiction where arbitration doesn't apply.

You agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
