Information We Collect
Contact & account details
Your name and email address when you check out or create an account, so we can deliver your eSIM and keep you updated on your order.
Order & transaction data
Purchase amounts, plan details, order status, and timestamps — used for fulfillment, customer support, and our accounting records.
Payment information
Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical & usage data
IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via analytics to improve the site and keep it secure.
How We Use Your Information

- Send order confirmations, receipts, and support communications.

Who We Share Data With
We share your data only with the partners needed to run the service — never with data brokers or advertisers.
eSIM providers
The carrier partner fulfilling your plan receives the details needed to provision your eSIM profile.
Stripe
Handles all payment processing. Their own privacy policy governs how they treat your payment data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.
Data Security
Encryption
All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Payments use Stripe's PCI-compliant encryption.

Retention, Transfers & Changes
