Every country in the catalog, filed under its region. Each link opens that destination's own plan list.
Decide how far the plan has to reach — one country, one region, or several continents — then compare how much data you get and how long the line stays active. Everything else is spelled out on the plan page itself.
The wording carriers use is not always obvious. Here is what it means in practice.

Destinations come from a fixed geographic directory, so a country always sits in the same region. Packages are filed by the coverage they actually sell: a single-country plan follows its destination, a multi-country bundle follows the region holding most of its countries, and anything spanning several continents is filed under Global rather than forced onto one map.
Because of the operator’s fair usage policy. Past a daily or cycle threshold the line keeps working but drops to a lower speed instead of cutting off. The threshold, where the carrier publishes one, is on the plan page.
It depends on the trip. A pooled bucket lets you burn 4 GB on a travel day and almost nothing the next; a daily plan resets a small slice every 24 hours and unused data does not carry over. Heavy but uneven use favours pooled plans.
No. Data-only (listed by some retailers as non-VoIP) gives you mobile data without a local number for calls or SMS on that line. Calls and messages still work through WhatsApp, FaceTime, or your home number over Wi-Fi.
Yes. The travel eSIM installs as a second profile, so your home number stays reachable for calls and two-factor codes while data routes over the travel line. You switch the data line in your phone settings.
